How the Home Inspection Process Works
Depending on the size of your home, inspections typically last between 3-4 hours. We will document and photograph defects and the general condition in a thorough, easy to understand, home inspection report. The report will be emailed within 1-2 days after the inspection.
We recommend the client be present during the inspection. We will walk you through the property pointing out the critical areas and identify them in the report. We will also answer questions/concerns throughout the process as well.

As harmful as radon exposure is for adults, the risks are even greater when it comes to children. If there are young children in your home, a radon specialist can test the levels to make sure the house is habitable.
